ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS GOVERNING USER REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION AND OBLIGATIONS

 

  • Club Danza.es is a meeting place for professionals and businesses within the dance sector. This space enables users to establish contacts with choreographers, musicians, dramaturgs, scenographers, stage managers, costume designers, assistant directors, agents, teachers, lighting directors and various other professionals within the scenic arts with whom they can participate in new projects and creative initiatives.
  • It has been set up as a tool that enables professional contact between individuals who share similar interests.
  • To form a part of Club Danza.es you must register as a user. Subsequent to validation by Danza.es, Spain’s Dance Portal, you will be assigned a password that will enable access.
  • The registration request will be carried out by filling in a form that the interested party can easily complete on their own computer. Once the request for access has been filled in and sent, the details will be validated in the office of the Danza.es Portal and a password will be assigned. This password can be subsequently changed by the user.
  • In accordance with the stipulations of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th, concerning the Protection of Personal Data, the INAEM informs Registered Users of the existence of an automated file containing personal details, created by and for INAEM under its responsibility for the purposes of maintaining and managing its relationship with the User and carrying out the functions of information provision and the dissemination and cultural promotion of dance in Spain.
  • The INAEM informs Registered Users of the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation in relation to the personal data held by the INAEM. The rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation may be exercised by Registered Users and, where applicable, their representatives, via a signed written request sent to the following address: Danza.es, El Portal de la Danza en España, Subdirección General de Música y Danza, INAEM, Ministerio de Cultura, C/ Fuencarral 77, Bajo dcha., 28004-Madrid, España. The request must include the following information: the User’s full name, address for the purpose of notification, National Identification Document or Passport number and an outline of the basis for the request. In the case of representatives, their authorisation to act as representatives must be demonstrated via an accredited document.
  • The INAEM undertakes to fulfil the obligation of maintaining the confidentiality of the personal data and its duty to safeguard said data and will adopt all necessary measures to prevent the alteration, loss or unauthorised handling of or access to this data, in accordance with the stipulations of the Regulation governing Security Measures for automated files containing personal data, passed via Royal Decree 994/1999 of the 11th of July.
  • The INAEM will not be held responsible for the veracity and authenticity of the information and details provided by the user when filling in the request for registration to gain access to Club Danza.es. Furthermore, the INAEM will not be held responsible for updates or modifications affecting the details in the user’s professional profile. Updates and modifications will be made by users and should correspond, insofar as this is possible, with their current professional situation. The INAEM will not be held responsible for false statements or inaccuracies occasioned as a result of the information and details provided by the user, or the detriment that said information might occasion to third parties.
  • The INAEM will not be held responsible for the inappropriate use or safeguarding of the user name and password, which are required to access the services and content of Danza.es. Users will inform the Office of Danza.es, Spain’s Dance Portal, of any incidents, theft, loss or misuse of the user name and password assigned to the user as soon as possible. The INAEM will not be held responsible for any detriment caused to the user or third parties as a result of the authorised or unauthorised use of the user’s password by individuals other than the user.
  • Users undertake to ensure that any information sent to Spain’s Dance Portal, Danza.es, does not infringe intellectual, industrial or brand property rights or, at a general level, any right that is subject to protection under national or international law. The INAEM will not be held responsible where users fail to uphold this commitment.
  • The user accepts  that the professional details they provide in the registration form will be introduced into the INAEM’s professional database and, where expressly authorised, will  be consulted by other users. In addition, Danza.es will automatically send the user’s professional file to all professionals and bodies within the sector in which the user has stated that they have an interest, when expressly authorised to do so in the registration form.
  • When the option has been selected in the registration form, the user consents to receive e-mails to facilitate contact with professionals or bodies within the dance, scenic arts or plastic and visual arts sectors interested in the user’s professional profile. The INAEM and Danza.es will not in any way be held responsible for the labour relations or relations of any other nature that may arise as a result of the use of Club Danza.es.
